She went further to become the Miss NRCS, Alimosho Division and Miss NRCS, Lagos State in 2009 and 2010 respectively. This helped her to extend more help beyond her closed-detachment where she was decorated and lead as the commandant (of St. John’s Anglican Church).
In addition, she contested as Miss ATAS (Association of Theatre Arts students) University of Port Harcourt, second runner-up – during her enrollment for the Theatre Arts Certificate program before leaving to UNIBEN, where she also contested as Miss PUME UNIBEN (Top 5).
During her studies, she developed passion for dressmaking, and then acquired the necessary skills and training and later majored as a costume student upon graduation. Her Plans to own a fashion house “Zelena House” is in progress in partnership with her brothers. Amongst other services, the fashion house plans to host a foundation that organises and celebrates Christmas parties for orphans (children).
As a Nigerian youth, she has also served her fatherland in Calabar, Cross River State as a National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) member in 2016/17. Her love for arts and culture endeared her to join the Dance and Drama Community Development Service (CDS), where she represented the state in performances, even beyond Calabar. At the end of the service year, she was awarded a Certificate of Commendation amongst others.
Cynthia is always full of life and believes that life is a stage and we were created to fulfill a purpose, which has to be performed on the stage. She loves meeting people, traveling, surfing the Internet, watching movies and dancing most especially traditional dances.
